Men are the hardest thing I have been through

May 19, 2017

“I am visiting people in the park. I am on disability and the lawyer told me I couldn’t leave, so I am stuck here for a while before I go back home to Virginia. I was a military wife and I worked for the Navy. Men are the hardest thing I have been through. I hate the divorce part. I am not going through that again. I am proud of my children and they are blessed and have everything they need. We were poor but it didn’t feel like it because our mother brought us up right and dressed us from head to toe. She raised us without a husband and she was our mother and daddy. We didn’t have a car so we had to ride bikes to the store until she was blessed with a car. She just went to Las Vegas for Mother’s Day. I want to go back home and be closer to my family. I am saving up the money.”
