“I had a lumber yard down the street but it went out of business seven years ago when Home Depot and Lowes opened up 45 minutes away. I can make more money selling crawfish on the corner than lumber. I added on to this several times and went to the Shed barbeque restaurant in Ocean Springs to see how they do it. This is it on a smaller scale. My stepdaughter came up with the name P-Reaux. It is a coon ass boat. She also came up with some of the recipes. We make all of our own breading, boil, sauces, remoulade, and cocktail sauce. I do a little bit of everything. I also make art out of car hoods and cut out designs with a plasma cutter. I never dreamed I would be selling crawfish and hamburgers when I was 65, but I should have done this a long time ago.”
