“I moved from Mobile to Pensacola for a different environment. I go to music festivals and sell merchandise. I sell lapel pins, hats, bandanas, and shawls from independent artists. It is all handmade. I will be selling witchdoctor pins at Voodoo Fest. People are into collecting pins at festivals. It is a big underground scene. Before that, I worked at still mills working on maintenance. It was a dangerous job. I want to live. I want to enjoy each day. I almost died two years ago. I was hit by a car. They were doing 90 and hit me from behind. They never stopped. I was in a coma for a month. No more negative energy in my life. I want positive people and energy. Everything happens for a reason. Every year, you pass the anniversary of the moment that you will die. It all works out in the end.”
Good enough isn’t an option. It’s got to be the best I can do.
