“I rode the train here from New Orleans. This is my fifth or sixth time to Mobile. Sway is my girlfriend’s dog. She has pancreatitis and is in Mobile Infirmary right now. I started riding trains when I was 15 because I had a lust for adventure. I took to it like a duck to water. I got tired of that and settled down. Then the wanderlust starts back in. I love to travel, meet new people and see new places. In general, people are good. A lot of people frown on my lifestyle because they see it as less valid than theirs. We are all just living our lives. People often tell me they wish they could drop everything and go. I always tell them you can. The hardest part is stepping out of the front door.”
Good enough isn’t an option. It’s got to be the best I can do.
