“I am 71 years old and was born in Cuba. I am a security guard. This is my second job. My first work was topographic drawings. I made maps and worked in Venezuela, Vietnam, and Nicaragua. I am very happy. I am a strong woman with a good attitude. I love cooking very much. I don’t like cooking the current meals. I like cooking the specialty meals–chicken, meat, salads. I like to clean. I like order. My house is in order. I am a member of the church Methodist.”
