“Making grits and cornbread is something my dad started. He asked me to continue it and I turned it from a hobby into a business. I enjoy giving it away to people who do business with me at the tire store. My main product is grits. I grind the corn meal slow and it is all natural. I hunt and fish to get away. I was a Southern Kingfish Pro for 15 years but don’t go into the Gulf any more because I am too old. I once caught a 60-pounder and won the team some gas money, but being in the deer stand is it for me.”
