“We have had our store in the mall for eight years and we wanted to do something new and get out of the mall, so we bought the truck. We have been doing this for about 18 months. It is fun. We judge the crowd and the type of people at events. We have the same look and style as the store. Clothing is fun and an art. You express yourself by what you wear. Clothing is all I have ever done. I played dress up as a kid. I love music and to travel. Now I combine those and take the truck to music festivals. We set up for several days and get to know the crowd some get hot and walk out of hear wearing new outfits. I went to Auburn and moved to Los Angeles and then moved back to Mobile to open Polish. I love Mobile. It is making strides from what it used to be and has become a cooler place to live. I would like to have more stores and more trucks. My sister and I are partners and always had the plan to do this. That was it, there was nothing else. We have a great customer base. There is no where else we wanted to open a store first. We knew it had to be in Mobile. There a lot of entrepreneurs there and people following dreams there. We support each other.
Good enough isn’t an option. It’s got to be the best I can do.
