Normal is a setting on the dishwasher

“We are waiting for the Avatar concert. We are here hours early because I like to be up front and pressed against the barricade instead of buried in the crowd and watching the back of someone’s head. Avatar is a band out of Sweden. They sound a little bit like Marilyn Manson with a creepy circus vibe. They are interesting.”

“They are black metal.”

“I wouldn’t go that far.”

“That is what they are classified under on Spotify.”

“I have seen them one time before during their first tour. They opened for another band and I didn’t know who they were, but by the end of their set, they had all of us eating out of their hands. ‘Torn Apart’ and ‘Let it Burn’ are my favorite songs by them.”

“Did music bring you together?”

“No. We met when he was my boss at Best Buy.”

“She still works there, My job was eliminated. I am in the job hunt but hopefully things will work out soon.”

“We are going candy shopping on Saturday at Punta Clara’s Kitchen. I am excited about this, but I am always happy.”

“You are always happy. It is ok to show other emotions.”

“Stressing over something doesn’t do anything but stress. It is so much easier to not to worry about it. He is a stressor.”

“I am the least stressed person you know. And I am completely normal.”

“Normal is a setting on the dishwasher.”

“Normal is relative. I heard someone say ‘What is normal for the spider is chaos for the fly’.”

“I don’t ever want to grow up, but I have three kids 24, 21 and 13. They are all really good kids and they follow the rules.”

“What is the best show you have seen?”

“Type O Negative at House of Blues.”

“Behemoth, Hatebreed and Three Inches of Blood because of the intensity. I have never been as sore or sweaty as I was after that show.”
