“Our dad had King Dogs hot dog stand for nine years. It was the original hot dog stand in Mobile and we are continuing the legacy. Dad was the last one standing in the hot dog wars. Four or five years ago there were about 8 or 10 carts down here, everyone else faded away. Pop was the last guy and we are the new guys. We got his cart and everything. He is still alive and lives in Cathedral Square. We give him a little change here and there. He is glad this is still going on.”
