“I am a trapeze artist. I got a degree in economics at Stanford but instead of going into investment banking I went and worked at Club Med in Mexico and learned flying trapeze and other circus arts. I taught Sara Jessica Parker how to fly on the trapeze for Sex and the City for an episode. There is a picture of me holding her up by her butt. I joined a professional troupe that performed in Europe and went to Japan with another troupe. We worked with Ringling Brothers for a tour. Flying is what people dream about. To defy gravity and be weightless if only for a moment, not many people get to experience that. I always use a net. When you are learning, you learn aerial awareness and how to control yourself in the air so you learn how to fall safely. I have had several significant crashes. I have been smacked in the air by a person like a tornado and it broke my nose. I retired from the circus and opened a trapeze school in Las Vegas. I am now in Blue Ridge Georgia and manage cabins and vacation rentals and started a concert series there.”
