I didn’t expect the restaurant to take off so fast

“My dad taught me how to cook and my wife’s family owns Thai restaurants all over. We have family recipes and have been in the restaurant business since 2012. I haven’t missed my finance job. I didn’t expect the restaurant to take off so fast, but people here know food and wine and are looking for something special.  We change our menu every week and my wife and I get together at night and talk about what to add. She is passionate and knows who she is.”

“We work well together because I stay in the kitchen and off the floor and he stays on the floor and out of the kitchen.”
