“My family grew bees in China. My great-grandfather started it. We left China because the environment in China was worse than here for growing bees. There weren’t as many flowers and fresh air and we harvested less and less honey every year. I like being a beekeeper. I sell the honey in local stores. It is called Winter Park Bee Farms. When we first moved to the United States we lived in Winter Park, Florida. We rented a U-Haul truck and moved the bees at midnight in the winter time when we came here. We wanted to avoid any chance of an accident and transport them safely. I get stung all of the time but I am used to it. Look at all of the scars. I am trying to steal the honey from the bees. Of course they are going to attack me. I am a small man right now, but I want to get more bees.”
Good enough isn’t an option. It’s got to be the best I can do.
