I grew up playing baseball and we came to this stadium all of the time for games

“I grew up playing baseball and we came to this stadium all of the time for games. Art started when I was a little boy in class. I was always drawing something in the corner of my notebook. I finished high school and went to The National School of Art. It is hard to get in. Education is good for dancers, musicians, and artists. I am going to Mexico because there are more opportunities for artists to sell paintings there. One day I am going to come home and work in my father’s business too. If the future of Cuba continues this way, it will be better for the people. There will be more business, more opportunities and more relationships. People are trying to make a better life. It’s a process that started in the 90’s and we have to wait patiently. One door closes and another one opens. Right now if you don’t like something, or something is bad, there is no one to talk to in the government. The government provides education and healthcare, but that is not all of life. We need more for a good life.”
