“I teach the largest exercise fit camp in Alabama. I started it six years ago with a friend on the campus of Alabama A&M to give students an affordable way to exercise. We charge $1 a day and it takes 21 days to start a habit, so we call it 21 Days of Hell. Some people have been doing it with us for six years. My grandfather passed away from a heart attack and he didn’t exercise or eat right. I don’t want to lose another friend of family member to that. Our classes are family oriented. People come together as strangers and leave as friends. That is the beauty of it. We have multiple locations in midtown, downtown and South Alabama. I started training after I finished playing football and was an NTC trainer with Nike and did boot camps. I started taking it seriously as a business two years ago and didn’t want to do anything else. People lose weight and become more happy and active and I love the feedback I get from that. I break the program down in 21 days to simplify and it flies by faster. We do calisthenics, weights and cardio. I have a library of workouts and I love to create new ones. I try to make it fun and do different themes. November is the Flab blaster and December is Kiss my Abs. Running to the top of Stone Mountain Georgia is one of the toughest things I have ever done. I love challenges like that to push me to the point I want to quit, but keep going. I have been so busy teaching and giving the classes my full attention that I have neglected myself and gotten out of shape for me. I started back yesterday my own workout and setting my own challenge and going to the gym at 5:30 a.m. Last year I helped over 1500 people and I want to double that in 2017. Fitness comes last here and I want to make it a priority for the community. I was supposed to leave Mobile this summer, but I want to stay here and make a difference.”
Good enough isn’t an option. It’s got to be the best I can do.
“I even make my sandwich backwards. I put my bottom piece here and my bun here. And then whenever I eat it, my bottom...

I need to do 21 days. Where and when?
