I will take care of my brother when my parents get too old and he will be like my child

“I am taking care of my nephew today. I am a sales consultant at Best Buy and go to karaoke bars for fun. I like to sing, but I can’t do it. ‘I Love Rock n Roll’ by Joan Jett is one of my favorites, but it sounds more like Britney Spears when I sing it. I like all music, rock, new pop, and sometimes Celtic music. I have been married for three years but my husband is an industrial electrician in Wyoming right now and we don’t see each other very often. He has almost died several times from fires or electric shock but he loves his job. I live with my family and stay with my brother three days a week because he has Dravet Syndrome which is mental retardation and epilepsy. He is 22 but mentally he is three. He is sweet and I don’t see him as a responsibility because he is way too much fun. We are both trouble makers and like Ninja Turtles. I won’t have kids because I will take care of my brothers when my parents get too old, so my brother will be like my child. Before I was born, my older brother had Dravet Syndrome, too, and died when he was six. I never knew him.”

“I want to go to school and study human resource management. My husband and I are saving up to get a house here. We have to stay close by because all of my brother’s doctors are here. I have social anxiety and depression. This was the first Christmas my husband wasn’t home and it was hard because he calms me down. We met when I worked at a Waffle House. I went to another store for two weeks and met him there and thought he was cute. A few weeks later, he walked into the store and asked me out in front of the everyone. He proposed to me after three months. He is a six-foot tall country boy and so cute. I love him.”
