“A guy I went out with once got back together with his girlfriend. He told me about Datehookup.com and I tried it. I met John in one of the special interest chat rooms. John said he loved antiques and gardening and that he was conservative. He also sounded half gay. Which is fine, but not what I was looking for in a man to date. I was in Memphis and he was in Topeka, Kansas. I like being indoors and don’t love gardening. I wrote him off. But he kept popping up in the discussion groups. He was smart and had things to say. We met four or five months later. He moved to Memphis and we have been together ever since.”
