“I started cooking when I was 16 because the only place that would hire me was a fry place. Now I cook for millionaires. One of the strangest things I have cooked was sauteed squid. People like good food and good meals, but they don’t think about the people who prepare the food. I cook six days a week and often cook for my friends. They say cooking is the way to a man’s heart, but it is the way to a woman’s heart too. I will cook while my date has a glass of wine. It usually works out.”
