“Most of our family has worked at T.P. Crockmiers for 40 years. They take good care of us. We have worked together all of our lives. I am a server and my sister is a cook. Our mama taught us to work hard. She works here too and she is 80. She would rather work than sit down because if she sits down she gets stiff. She won’t retire. We have two other sisters that work here, so five of us work at Crockmier’s. We have been working together since ’76, mama started in ’74. She started working when she was 16. She has eight kids and all of us like to work.”
