“I love working for T.P. Crockmiers. Ms. Mary and Mr. Bill take care of us. I have been serving for 16 years, but this is my first time serving during Mardi Gras. It can be hectic, but it’s also a joy because people are happy, smiling, and laughing. It is a week of double shifts, but B-12 keeps me going. The extra hours will help me buy a car after Mardi Gras. I won’t have to keep using friends or Lyft for rides.
