“It is my birthday, a girls trip, and a 50th-year high school reunion. They flew in from Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Texas to be with me this weekend.  I live in Raleigh, but grew up in Mobile and went to Blount High School. My father started McMillan Barbeque in Prichard 40 years ago. We are staying at the Battle House and this is my first time to be downtown. I am so excited to discover it.”

“I have never been to Alabama.”

“We got together last year to celebrate my 31st anniversary of being a being a pastor at my church.”
