“I am getting married tomorrow. I am excited, look at this weather. I got my hair done and we had lunch at Spot of Tea and are getting our nails done this afternoon. We will have another drink somewhere and then have the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. We are from Hurley, Mississippi. It is a very large town.
The wedding is at 5:30 and then we go on a honeymoon to Costa Rica. A new chapter is about to begin. Maybe we can get some more dogs. I have four dogs and they are all going to wear tuxedos in the wedding. The dogs are all mine. My fiance is completely level headed, which I don’t understand.”
“She is blessed.”
“I have been friends with him for a long time. My maid of honor dated him first.”
“You have to leave that in.”
“I am an operator. I turn valves every day at Chevron. Outside, in the heat. Sometimes you turn the wrong valve and have a bad day. He works inside in the lab. Level headed.
He proposed on Christmas morning and said close your eyes, I am going to give you your present. I thought I was getting a kayak and put my arms out wide, thinking it was a paddle. I opened my eyes and he was down on one knee and I about had a panic attack. Still no kayak.”
