“I am delivering flowers for someone’s birthday and I get to make them happy. I just moved back home from Massachusetts. I was there for two months. I learned to be more happy about myself there. I also learned I can’t handle the cold. I had to put on four pairs of pants and three jackets just to walk down the street to the store. I went door to door for my job with the power company and had to walk through three feet of snow, hoping it wouldn’t come in over my boots. I would do it again, just not in the winter. I want to have my own makeup line one day. I like making people look good and seeing their reaction. It is almost as good as seeing someone’s face when they receive flowers they weren’t expecting.”
