“I was born and raised around the corner from Cathedral Square. This used to be my playground. There was a funeral home around the corner. I used to work for Red Cross picking up blood and icing it down. I am in the wheelchair because I played football and baseball and messed up my knees. I played semi-pro baseball with the St. Louis Cardinals. It was alright, but it was hard. Now I live in apartments across from Cathedral Square and I still come out here every day. “
